Scratch Events Catering is no stranger to killer Southern Food Stations. Before forming Scratch Events Catering in 2010, Chef Mathew Hayden owned The Chimneys Inn, a Restaurant that specialized in “Southern Metro Fare” with a menu that ranged from New Orleans inspired dishes to classic Texas BBQ. Shortly after forming Scratch Events Catering in Centerville, Scratch acquired Executive Chef Marshall Bartley who was fresh off a Head Chef position in Savannah Georgia – a mecca of Southern delights.
